ML FOIL Sp. z o.o. Spółka komandytowa is a family-run business specialising in the extrusion of plastic films: polystyrene, polypropylene and PET film. Our films are designed for thermoforming and are widely used across many sectors – from construction and horticulture to the food, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

We combine the experience of a family-run business with modern technology to offer our customers products and services of the highest quality.
The finished product is a film with a thickness ranging from 0.3 mm to 2.8 mm and a width of up to 1,100 mm, wound onto cardboard cores with a diameter of 152 mm. The weight of a single roll of finished film is a maximum of 900 kg. The film can be single-, double- or triple-layered.
The company is constantly introducing new solutions and technological innovations aimed at improving the quality of the film it produces. The company’s latest investment is the installation of a modern production line for PET and r-PET film for thermoforming, complete with an infrared drying system. The process involves drying, crystallisation and decontamination of post-consumer plastic flakes, enabling them to be sent directly for reprocessing, particularly into packaging that comes into direct contact with food (so-called rPET).
